Week 2 of our Adult Bible Education series, “The Last Words of Jesus,” takes us to Luke 23:43 and Christ’s stunning promise to the thief on the cross: “Today you will be with me in paradise.” We explore sin, confession, grace, and the immediacy of salvation. We are all one of the two thieves—the difference is contrition and trust.
