Ruth: Week 2

Our story opens with famine in the land of Israel and we are introduced to the family of Elimeleh and his wife, Naomi. The author sets the stage for the Living God moving in the difficulties of this family. We will see that many times, God uses the most unlikely people to touch our hearts and change our lives.
